This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

This custom content if it is not clothing, may require a seperate download to work properly. This is available at Colour Enable Package (CEP) by Numenor.

Made for build and furnish the patio of a lot, I share the complete set of these Maxis recolors :
- column quaint (build/misc/column)
- outdoor bench and chair (buy/comfort/misc)
- outdoor contempo recliner (buy/comfort/recliners)
- outdoor table (buy/surface/misc)
- bbcue value [buy/appliance/cooking)
- 1 wall
- 2 floors (horizontal and vertical for non Ep4 users)

These objects are all from the basegame.
Please dont reupload on pay site.

For the pics
- the latticed basement wall is from a loverat lot. You can see here my version with 2 in white and 15 other colours and matching floors .
- fences by ailias
- white recolor of the Numenor's wooden modular stairs by Nengi65
Thanks

-*- Dont forget : the bench is the REPOSITORY for the chair's recolour-*-

Jealousy would be far less torturous if we understood that love is a passion entirely unrelated to our merits.
