Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I created this starter home by request for one of my friends. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, outdoor patio area and an indoor swimming pool. All this can be yours on a 3x1 for $19,459. All rooms are furnished with the exception of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. NO custom content was used in making this home. You will need the Pets EP to play this house, no other expansion packs are required.

As always, I hope you and your Sims enjoy!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

You really have been able to pack a lot into a small lot for very few simoleans! Bravo and thanks!

What a wonderful and amazing window in the central bathroom!

Thanks everyone for for your wonderful comments!

All this for under $20k? Now I wish I could manage that

Thanks a ton and more, Christine.

How did you build the indoor pool? I always wanted to do that. But, if somebody knows how to build a 2ND floor pool, that would be nicer. Thanks!

I am sure there are tutorials somewhere on this site about how to build second floor swimming pools. As for the indoor swimming pool on the first floor, this is quite simple, build the pool and then build walls around it.
