This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

You'll find it in the misc. decorative section in the buy mode catalog, the price is $219

Of course moveobjects on is needed to place it and

I know, me too Alpha Jez... but I always have trouble with the textures... I'm hoping some folks out there more skilled than I am will make some brick and stone recolors :D
