This is a Japanese style house for a home business like the sake brewery. The second floor of the main building is dwelling space, and many of rest is space for a home business. Furthermore, when you ignite to the fireplace, in order for the smoke to come out of the high smokestack, it is made.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thank you very much for your houses! I have 3/4 of them in my neighborhood, which is 70% asian demographically Your houses are very well thought out with great consideration for the inhabitants and a very realistic feel. I also like the authenticity of the architecture, such as the seperate bathroom and toilet, and area for shoe removal at the entrance which lets you know that it is based on real Japanese houses. Thanks for another creation and I look forward to seeing it in-game.

This is so cool~ I look forward to more traditional Japanese lots from you. You will make more, right? You should... make more strictly residential lots. *koffs* Anywho, I am loving these. They are helping make my Kyoto look much more authentic!

O pitiful shadow bound in darkness, looking down upon people and causing them pain... A soul drowned in sinful karma... Want to try dying this once?
