Alluring Tuscany is a small Tuscan style villa that I built one afternoon after being inspired by a program on television about a vineyard in the north of Italy. I used mainly warm colors while building it to keep a "cozy" feel. The small lot contains:

-Kitchen/dining
-Foyer
-Living Room
-Small study
-Sitting room in basement
-2 bedrooms
-2.5 bathrooms
-Large patios with seating and a small dining area for two

Here are some interior pictures:

I had a wonderful time building this lot, please enjoy it!

Lot Size: 4x3

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Oh wow, cokebuilder, it's terrific. It's so beautyful, can't believe that you built it in a single afternoon, I'm near to cry, for me it takes days and days, even for houses that I keep in game for my playing time. You did a great job!
BTW, I know that the TV program you mentioned was on a north Italy region, but just to talk, Tuscany is in the middle, one of the greatest places in the world, kissed by the Gods ... this said, I live in the north ...
Thanks once more. Kiss and ciao.

Well WOW thanks for the long comment lol! And yes, I know Tuscany is more in the middle part of Italy, but this vineyard was more north. Looked like it should have been in Tuscany!

Thanks everyone for all the comments :D
