New Beginnings: The Clementine

The Clementine is the second home in the New Beginnings Series! Like the Harvester, it is a roomy little home that features its own basement complete with guestroom and bathroom. It is completely unfurnished, and the landscape is sparse, in an attempt to keep it under $20K.

This little home is great for Elder Sims and those perhaps right out of University looking to start their lives in their very own starter home.

Please note that the ceiling tiles do not come with this lot.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

This is a great house! I like it because it's very simple, the layout of the house is simple but has enough space for the things you need.

Very nice starter. I've grown tired of doing start lots for my sims. I think I'll download this one for them...

I don't get why so many Simmers hate Marsha Bruenig. She actually grows up to be quite pretty if you allow her to.

Thank You. this is just the perfect house in general. I hate making my own houses and I only make families with one person so I am ussually stuck with a house like the condo in pleasantville or those tiny houses that all look the same in veronaville. this is perfect for everything i need
