This is Kyle Schmid who plays Henry Fitzroy in the show "Blood Ties'.
Never heard of him? Neither had I. But never fear! I think he's quite a handsome sim no matter who he is :D
Feel free to use this him as a base for a more accurate Kyle Schmid sim. You can upload your tweaked version of this sim, so long as it's uploaded to Insim or mts2...no exchange or tsr please

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
