This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Again we did not really see any klingon sleepwear on star trek, at least none I can remember. I was actually trying for a red scale mail exercise outfit, but when I got done it looked more like it was silky, like satin sleepware. Anyway, it'll be under sleepwear and you can use body shop to change it to something else.
The starting point for this was the ninja outfit in the the OFB EP, so you have to have OFB. I added a bumpmap (thanks to Morague for the adding bump maps to skins tutorial ).
The package just has the pajamas !! If you want the forehead face paint it is at http://www.drlatasic.altervista.org/stklingon.htm. The skin is Enayla's Pixie Ashes.. The worf in the background who looks like he is a steroid away from exploding thanks to Beosboxboy's fabulous bodybuilder mesh is here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=161769

Good work, you don't really get robes in the Sims, this will be handy.
