This is the seventh home in my British new build series.

The home is a spacious, three story detached 6 bedroom property with double garage, landscaped gardens, conservatory, 4 bathrooms and the best looks of any house so far in this series. (Well I think so anyway!)

At just $81,000 on a 3x4 lot, this house includes fantastic value for money, with more bedroom space than even 'The Oaks'.

Ground floor:
Living room and facility for fireplace
Large WC
Kitchen, breakfast room
Separate dining room, french doors to...
...Conservatory
Playroom/lounge 2/office
Hallway with 4-part, 3 story stairwell

2nd story:
Bedroom 1, with en-suite
Bedroom 2, with en-suite
2 further bedrooms
Main family bathroom
Landing, facility for balconette

3rd story:
Bedrooms 5 & 6, each with forward facing dormer window and gable-side windows
Landing and rear facing dormer window

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Okay, ALL your houses are great! They're just so...British! I'm really impressed how well you've managed to capture that feel, and I was thinking you must be British, but then I saw some of your Dubai houses and US houses and they were amazing too.
