Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
No EPs required.
Custom content included: Designer Ladder Stairs, by Targa

Small country starter with garden, furnished for 1-2 sims with one spare room. Doesn't require any EPs but is built with Seasons and Nightlife in mind: the roof is weatherproof, the garden is ready to be planted, and there's enough space for driveways in front of the house. This is almost a Bay Tree Drive lot, except that it doesn't have the alley trees and driveways in front.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x hallway/living room
1 x spare room (empty)

All basics included: lights in all furnished rooms and outside, toilet, showertub, sink, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, trash can, burglar alarm, bookshelf, smoke detector. This house also has an indoor chess set and a dresser. One could easily add a small garden porch off the kitchen, there's enough space behind the house.

Please don't PM me with neighbourhood terrain requests (look in the Neighbourhoods section instead), downloading issues (I can't help you -- look in Site Issues, Q-XPress forums etc), or Build Mode questions (general questions go here, lot specific questions in the d/l thread). Thanks.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

You are my favorite house/lot creator. You are always so thorough in making sure everything works, and I love that you keep the custom content to a minimum. You are so creative in your designs, and yet everything maintains a beautiful simplicity. Everything has a purpose, and each of your houses is unique. I also like how you frequently feature one color in the furnishings. It's a great inspiration point. I download almost all of your houses. I love how you create homes that are designed to go together in a neighborhood. I hope you will continue to upload your work. You are incredible. Maybe we will see some more houses in the §20,000 - §50,000 range for our expanding sim families. (hint!) Thank you again. You are so much appreciated.

I've just started a downloading spree of all your lots - I've been wanting to download them for ages, but I knew I would have to have a lot of time to get them all! I love your houses - you keep a nice Maxis atmosphere, which is important to me, and yet there's still freshness in your desings. And your lots are livable, which is more than can be said for many lot builders.

I have the right to act my shoe size.
