This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
. This project came about because I've always been dissatisfied with the lack of sci-fi content for my game. These new objects specifically came about because of the unique design of houses I design and their lack of a "motor". I've had the idea for a while, but for the longest time meshing was beyond me. Now that I see what's involved in the creation process, my respect to Numenor, Xanathon, Lethe_s, JWoods, and all the object meshers out there.
All 3 of these new objects are Decorative at this point, but I'm (slowly) learning BHAVs. Some day, they'll have skilling and special effects.
The original idea for this warpcore came from Xanathon's Intrepid Class warpcore. This has been one of my favorite meshes for a long time, and but it's not adequate for Klingon, Cardassian, or any other type of starship other than Starfleet. I needed a warpcore for my Klingon houses.
For this one, thanks to:
Numenor, Lethe_s, and JWoods for the awesome meshing tutorials and for answering multitudes of silly questions.
Xanathon for the original (and much better) warpcore mesh.
Sci-fi modders in general. Your creativity is inspiring

Truth be told, I'm not really proud of some of my earlier stuff. I think my newer, functional warp cores are a lot better

This looks rreally good but it is higher than two floors so you either have to make a three floor enginering hull or it sticks up through the roof. Can you trim it down th the hight of a two story column and maybe even make a one floor version

There's an updated Sovereign Class warp core on the same thread as the Sovereign class lot.
