New Beginnings: The Fairstone
The Fairstone is the third in the New Beginnings series! It is one of the roomier homes, featuring three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a downstairs family room! It is completely unfurnished, and the landscape is sparse, in an attempt to keep it under $20K.
This home is great for newly weds or for those wishing to start a family!
Lot Details:
Size: 2x2
Price: $16,386
Tested: Yes
Features:
3 Bedrooms (with Optional Den)
2 Bathrooms
Kitchen
Dining Area
Family Room (Basement)
This lot features Maxis only items, and was cleaned using Clean Installer. This lot may require the Pets EP because of the room dividers, and may even require the Celebrations Stuff Pack.
Please note that this lot does not come with ceiling tiles. If you would like to have these ceiling tiles in your game too, please download them from jgwhiteus, here.
Other Homes in the New Beginnings Series:
The Harvester
The Clementine
The Inglewood

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
