Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I'm very picky about what houses I download. I knew I couldn't pass up this one. This looks like a house I'd love to own in real life.

Very cute house. I agree with KagomeKagome - it looks like one I'd like to live in too.

The house is darling! However, I was captivated by the clouds in the picture, is that real in your game or an after effect added in later with photoshop?

I like it, Ray. I do see what you mean by the English style not turning out how you hoped, but the interiors are very good nonetheless. The colors are very unique and it gives the lot it's own personality inside and out.

I love the look of it! Even though the interior wasn't really in my taste, it's very beautiful from the outside. Thanks for sharing, and uploading an unfurnished version

Thank you! I, personally, don't like my interiors much either and that's why I include the furnished and unfurnished versions. It makes it much easier for people to redecorate!
