This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Hello everyone.

This is one story about recreating "Fallingwater".
I recieved the MusicalMaven's request message about two month ago.

She wanted me to make some windows and I thought it was not enough to recreate "Fallingwater".

So I decide to make more items for that project.

And now, I give you "Fallingwater collection".

Part 1. windows

Here are many windows and they are well matched with each other.
Each window has two frame recolours, white and black.

I didn't make diagonal mesh for seamless windows because of some reason but other windows have diagonal mesh.

Full length window #1.

Seamless window #2.

My seamless windows are needed a little caution for the perfect seamless effect.
If you install my seamless window properly, you can see the correct frame line in the corner.

part 2. doors

Here are two matching doors with my windows.
Each door has diagonal mesh and two recolours, white and black.

Polygon Counts:
Full length window #1 = 302+240
Full length window #2 = 366+366
Full length window #3 = 1184+1184
Plate glass window = 748+748
seamless window #1 = left 148+148
middle 100+100
right 148+148
seamless window #2 = left 232+232
middle 184+184
right 232+232
seamless window #3 = left 232+232
middle 184+184
right 232+232
seamless window #4 = left 316+316
middle 268+268
right 316+316
seamless window #5 = left 274+274
middle 226+226
right 274+274
door #1 = 836+780+2
door #2 = 1404+762+2

version : Original (except fences)

You can find "Fallingwater" photos here.
http://www.galenfrysinger.com/fallingwater_penna.htm

We can't get MusicalMaven's recreation yet because of her privacy.

About my policy
You may recolour my items without my permission.
You may clone my fences and modular stairs for more recolours.
It would be always welcome!
I just want you to credit my meshes and post a link to this thread.

You may include my items in your lot except modular stairs.
Because stairs need some installations, as you know.

Please don't redistribute my items.

part 3. fences.

These fences can help you to cover "the MAXIS slab" of down stairs.

Caution!! New mesh fence needs at least one or more EP.

part 4. modular stairs.

These stairs would be well matched with my fences and MAXIS wall.

New stairs are needed some intallation so you must read "readme.txt" in zip files.
If you install Numenor's Scriptorium, please download (TextFor-Scriptorium0Users) zip files.

Here is download link for the Scriptorium program.

I'm in awe, i was sooo waiting for this set and everything is awesome, thanks so much for the hard work!

A note about the modular stairs

Did you know about Numenors scriptorium? You can find here
http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=192613

"CREATORS: from now on, you don't need any more to give long instructions to the users: just create yourself a simple text file, and put in it all the code required for the fireplace etc. to work.
The filename to assign to the text file is important: use the pattern "Number_CustomName.txt, where "Number" is the unique number you have chosen for your custom object (for example: "fireplace 88", or "wall 90"). By putting the unique number in front of the filename, the users will be immediately aware if they have two conflicting scripts.
When you post your object, include the text file in the attachments, and then tell the users to open their Downloads and put the text file in the right Scriptorium folder (of course, the users must have installed the Scriptorium"

As I was in the process of saying this morning when the server went down, this is wonderful! I've always been a huge fan of FLW, and especially Falling Water. Once the nex expansion comes out and I see what its including, I'll be downloading this.

Thank you for your kind words,
I added text files for the scriptorium users.

Numenor's Scriptorium is very useful but I forgot it. I'm sorry.

I noticed this was under "windows." You might want to reconsider placing this in the "sets" category, since there is more than just windows here and such.
Just had to say again how much I love this set.

(Sorry for all the posts...but I believe this is important.)
I thought you should know that one of your modular stairs share the name number (1302) as these: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=224173.
If the user changes the txt file in their game on one of the packages to a different one there shouldn't be a problem.

Stonetower has done an AMAZING job with these...just so y'all know, I have the lot about 70% finished, but I am having surgery soon and meanwhile, the pain meds makes my ability to even see the screen um....let's just say 'an adventure'! SO I will work on it as I am able, and try to release it as soon as I can!

Do know that I have several books about Fallingwater - including isometrics and blueprints - so the lot will be as close to the original as possible, including decor!

Meanwhile, enjoy the windows and doors, and other amazing object Stonewtower will release in this set...she's done a MASTERFUL job of capturing the look and style that is so specific to Frank Lloyd Wright's vision.
