Twikkii Island is known for its fantastic seaside vistas and stunning artifacts of civilizations long past. But when looking for lodgings, one may find the choices a bit less varied then they hoped. That is, until you see what UpTrend magazine called "A tropical diamond in the rough."

The Twikkii Temple Hotel is by far the largest resort on the island, with 5-star accomodations and service that has won it numerous awards. The hotel is of a unique design, blending in to the popular ruin attractions, but standing out with its intuitive design. A world class spa and lush rooms provide an alternative to the island's mundune attractions.

Room Prices:
$350 - $902 (These are the original prices from Version 1. The prices have fluctuated between the update and the new Pure Version.)
24-Hour On Call Room Service
Sauna and Massage Areas
All Natural Hot Spring
Souvenir Shop
Live Native Performances
Jumbok's Monsoon Restaurant

The new update expands on the hotel, adding necessary items throughtout the hotel:
More room at the Jumbok's Monsoon Restaurant
Dining areas for every room
Enlarged souvenir center
Patios for the economy rooms
Sauna room redesign

The origal version is still availabe for those who'd like it.

Also, the new update includes the Pure Bon Voyage Version! (PBV) This one does not require Open For Business and includes everything in Version 2. I created this with thse who dont have all the expansions in mind.

Room and Lot Values will be updated in time. I just wanted the updates up for everyone first.

Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price: $325,662

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Looks nice but if I want to order room service, where do I eat? Cause it doesn't look like the rooms have tables you can eat on or do they?

I'm not entirely sure how room service works, but if it requires a table most of the rooms have sprawling patios you can put those on. (For the two cheapo rooms, if your that stringent on cash you arent going for room service are you?)

Beautiful! Really beautiful! I also really like how it doesn't require all of the expansion packs! I bookmarked it.

I was not intending to order room service for the chepo rooms but the thing is that you can't change hotels unless you change the lot zoning, exit to the neighbourhood, change it again, exit again etc...
Coffee, anyone?

When you are on the lot (or editing from neighborhood view) enter:
boolprop dormspecifictoolsdisabled false

That opens up the build/buy mode on hotel lots. I'm not positive that you need Uni for this to work. Try it and see. After you save and exit, the cheat reverts back to normal. You don't have to type in true. The game just resets it.

I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s.

Okay, just tested the room service thing, and apparently you need a table with adjoining chairs in the room (or on the patio.) I'll update the hotel. (And have the non-OFB version ready.)
