You heard it this is what I am using(right now), This version lets you go higher and zoom in a little bit more(I think). 
I have two photos to show you the height.
I included a copy of The original Neighborhood Camera. Oh, and yes it can still go to the edge and back. So here it is!

I'll give this a go. I always wanted to place my houses outside of what the original camera allowed. This will also help with neighborhood pictures. Thanks, Masterofallvideogames.

I'll see what I can do
but I'm am not a 100% sure that it might work.
The only reason I can do this is from looking at other people's tweaks and whats not.
So I make my own!
