First off, congrats on your first mod/upload.

Questions/Concerns:

• Are there any chance cards?
• Does this overwrite any existing careers in the game?

Please note that this is my personal opinion on your mod, as constructive criticism, please do not take it as a personal attack of any sort, as that is not my intention.

To me, numbers 5 and 6 don't make any sense to be in a modeling career.

I would doubt any churches want models in the sense that you're speaking (i.e. America's Next Top Model), to me this seems ridiculous as many a times the models in ANTM are asked to model nude, or in provocative scenarios etc, and never do I recall them being asked to model in or for a church or religious place of any sort. As far as I know I have not come across any fashion church wear...

And as for Radio Voice...well it says 'voice' doesn't it? That doesn't exactly relate to fashion modeling, as yes some models do become spokespeople/representatives for products/lines etc, but rarely do many of them get radio shows or are on the radio. (Unless of course they are a singer/model/actress usually)

Also as to why people don't want their custom content uploaded to the Exchange...

1. By doing so, they are not respecting the creator's wishes. Perhaps they wish for their content only to be available where they post it.
2. Many times, the people that upload custom content to the exchange violate the author's above said wishes, and claim the content as their own (aka steal), whether willingly or uknowingly (i.e. "This cute guy sim i made!")
3. Many times, custom content creators can't/won't receive proper credit when their content is uploaded to the Exchange.
4. That is usually the main reason as to why they don't want their content uploaded to the Exchange.

P.S. You can't upload this career hack to the Exchange...

Congratulations on your first upload! And a career, no less, which is way more complicated than a simple recolor.

I have the same questions as gamerxgirl: Are there chance cards, and does this overwrite any existing careers? (The Creator Guidelines say that you have to include this information or your post will be rejected ... it looks like that's not true, but it's still good information to include in your post!)

$700 seems a bit low for a supermodel, when the top levels of other careers mostly are paid more, and supermodels are known for their amazing salaries. I'd suggest $1000 or $1200, maybe even $1500, something like that.

I also agree with Gamerxgirl about levels 5 and 6. And levels 2 - 4 sound like they're for a modeling MAJOR, not a modeling career. I know it can be a real challenge to come up with 10 different levels for a career! But some possible levels for the low-level areas are Charity Fashion Show Model and Department Store Fashion Show Model. Possibilities that occur to me for the mid-level areas are Catalog Model for an obscure company and Catalog Model for a well-known company. I'm sure you can come up with more!

I'm not trying to rain on your parade. Usually, if there's something I don't like about a career, I just don't bother to download it. But this one seems to have too much potential to just pass it up without leaving some suggestions. I know it can be discouraging to get suggestions for improvement, but actually, it's a compliment, since an awful lot of uploads just get ignored. If people are taking the time to give you feedback, it means that they see something worthwhile in what you've made!

Nice idea. Any chance of adapting it to teens.

Thank you for all the constructive critisism, and I'm sorry I couldn't come up with something better, or better level titles. As for the stuff that should be included, here it is. Yes there are chance cards, and I made every single one of them, sorry if i sound conceited, and no, it doesn't overwrite any careers alreday in game. Thank you for not ignoring this post, and I am planning to upload a new series of clothing, which I call PhatMama, and if this name is taken, please do tell me!

Congrats on your first career also! I know it's a very long job to create a brand new career but it's so worth it in the end.

Your descriptions seem a little short to me. Maybe you should lengthen them up a bit so people can get an idea of the career. I can see where you got Church Model since in Cycle 6 of ANTM, one of the challenges was to walk down a rumway built in a church. A little bizarre I know, but it really happened! In the real world of fashion though, I doubt there are fashion shows held in churches. (gamerxgirl, Believe or not, there is fashion church wear. It's really popular in Black churches. A lot of ladies have on neon dresses with gigantic hats with oversized decorations adorning it. LOL)

I also agree that Level 2-4 sounds like Modeling 101 than an actual job. Maybe you should have replaced them with jobs like 'Foot Model', 'Sihouette Model', and 'Local Magazine Model'. Sorry for the bad ideas. LOL

This is purely meant as constructive critisism, so I hope you don't take offense to this. Again, I know how hard it is to think up ideas for a new career, so hang in their, I know you'll get better.

However, I do agree with Corylea here that $700 is too low a salary for a supermodel. It should be pretty similar with a restauranteur/celebrity chef's salary (highest level in culinary career - they get more than $2000 a day) or that of other top level Sims careers.

Thank you - so along with everyone else's constructive criticism or maybe it's just a question - will the uploaded outfits become part of the career so that they change into the items when they go to work? Beautiful clothes should be a big part of the modeling career. But, notwithstanding, super idea for a career and great job! dl'ing immediately!!

hi i love the idea of having a career as a model.
i only have one problem with it.
and that is when my sim goes to work it keeps saying she late even if she drives her own car there. on the hours she works it says 0.00 - 0.00
why is this and can it be sorted out?

I have a problem with this career ingame. My work hours are from 12.00am -12.00am every day...? impossible to make the carpool. Also I am not making any money at all.... $0 pay... This is a career that I am trying to write a story around, but its just not working in the game.... If it can be fixed, I will definitely continue using it.

I was very excited to see a modeling career available too; but I'm sad to say I am having some of the same problems as joolzac. I can make the 12-12 hours fine with the car pool but it says my salary is $0 and when I come home each day I make no money. Is there anyway to fix this?

The career is called "Servants" (?). I do get the carpool, but can't get a promotion. It's the same problem that two previous posters reported.

Same problem as last 3 posts.. Love the career idea though. Do you have an updated version or any tips that could help?
