This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Hi all,

Here is my new object an outdoor "Lantern":

I think that maxis has forgotten to add such a useful outdoor wall lamp for base game!

I add also 3 recolors of it: green, metal and black with different glasses:

Each recolor can be used with the different glasses:

To find it: Lighting/Walllamp

I hope you will like this new Lantern!

Fabulous! Maxis/EA really didn't include any decent outdoor lighting. I've been using the Numenor wall light exclusively (love it,) but this will add some variety! Thanks so much!

I really love your light outdoor lantern.

Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

Am I doing something wrong? I was able to download the mesh, but when I try to download the recolors, it says "the compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupt".

Nevermind, I went an installed Q-Express and it downloaded just fine. Very nice looking lights.
