Sweet! These are awsome, I swear I've never seen such quality in a sim.

Yay! Finally someone made these! The TNG uniforms are by far my favorite. I can't wait to try these in the game.

I absolutely love them. The level of detail is superb. These uniforms bring back fond memories. Thank you for doing this.

violachic, my brain is mush right now because of a bad cold, so I'm afraid I'm not a hundred percent sure what you mean. If you're wondering if these use the same mesh as the Voyager uniforms, then no - the collar is different. Or do you mean something else?

Thanks for the comments, everyone! They are much appreciated!

savman2, if you're willing to wait, I'd certainly be willing to do it; they're my favourites, and you're not the first one to ask. I'm going to make Klingon uniforms before I start on anything else, though (see my journal for further details), and there are a couple of other projects (though nothing anywhere near as big as the Klingon one) I'd want to complete first, so it would be a while before I got to the movie uniforms...

They looks absolutely great and I'm looking forward to the Klingons. I'm sure you'll make them like no-one else would.
Thanks a million times for all your effort.

The problem with being niched is that you often end up making things nobody else can use, so I'm glad you think these are useful, oepu! Coming from a top-notch skinner like you, it means a lot.

Again, thanks for the comments, everyone!

These are really great, especially with the rank insignia Just wondering if anyone knows of a place where I can get the earlier TNG uniforms from "Encounter at Farpoint".

I've read everything on both the insignia and the uniforms but still have a teeny query (feel free to flame me if I'm being thick) - will the normal insignia work correctly with these collars or will they appear 'floating'? I know you said that they work best with the turtleneck uniform mesh.

This uniform happens to be my all-time favourite Trek uniform and when I create my own Starfleet neighbourhood I'd want this uniform over the Voyager ones! I just don't want the ranks looking strange...

Other than that I think your work is brilliant! Despite being a Trekkie and had made Trek Sims on the original game I hadn't considered it for Sims 2... now I most definitely will!

Selly_2009, first of all - glad to hear you like my work!

Yes, the insignia work with these uniforms as well. What I meant was that the insignia might look strange together with some in-game meshes or meshes made by others, not that they look strange together with my own meshes. It would be quite silly of me to make something that don't work with my own stuff.

Thanks for getting back to me there, I thought that would be the case but just wanted to be 100% sure

I hope this isn't rude to request, but would you be willing to convert this set over to Sims 3? Assuming you have the game. I have downloaded it for Sims 2, but being that character creation is a little more advanced on Sims 3, that's the game I prefer for making my Starfleet simmies.

lilythelvenstone, sorry, but I don't have Sims 3 and I'm not planning on getting it any time soon, either. A polite request like yours is never rude, though.

PrimusXI, the site has an extensive section here with information about Bodyshop-related issues. You'll be much better off asking for help there than leaving random comments on posts.
