This is probably a stupid question, but are the floors Maxis? And if so, do you need an EP to get it?

I like this CAS but the floor!? Where do I find this floor!? Is it eny expansion pack I have missed?! Please let me know cause I like the floor as well! Awsome job by the way!

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, This is just a maxis floor, unsure wich EP.
Two seperate floors, just checkerboarded them.

I'm not sure but I think that that floor is from the Glamour Life SP.
