Yes, you can.

For the most part, any new clothes mesh is base game compatible.

yeah, I generally don't download clothes that don't have all the morphs, but I'll grab these anyway since they're just so adorable.

However, what pregnant women do and don't wear is all a matter of your opinion based on your experiences. In my experiences, this is absolutely something a lot of my friends have worn throughout their pregnancies, so I'm a bit disappointed that that's your reasoning for not doing the preg-morph.

All the same, beggars are definitely not choosers, and you've already provided us with more than enough awesome clothing to stave off all finicky complaints for the rest of your simming career. ^_^
