Dean's List Memory Grammar Fix

This package fixes a grammar mistake in the "Made Dean's List" University memory. Instead of reading "What a achievement..." it will now correctly read "What an achievement...".
I know this has been bugging a lot of people.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Place in Downloads Folder: Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Downloads folder:
  • Origin (Ultimate Collection): Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims™ 2 Ultimate Collection\Downloads\
  • Non-Origin, Windows Vista/7/8/10: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads\

Ooh, little fixes like this rock. :D

I think it's kind of ironic that the memory about the DEANS LIST should be the one that is grammatically incorrect. :p

I always found it deliciously ironic, and it usually made my day with a little social commentary about the state of our education. But it most likely was just a typo. Still, I think I'll keep it. Thanks anyway!

Thank you thank you! That was driving me insane >< I notice nitpicky grammar and spelling errors and they bug me to no end. Clearly some of us do care

Thanks to those of you who have thanked me and to those who think it was a waste of time: stuff off! This took me about 15 minutes to make and was for my own use. I uploaded it because I've seen other people complain about it.

Thank you. Bad grammar and spelling tends to lower the tone of any mode of communication. I have noticed a few more in the game but cannot think of them offhand.

i havnt noticed this but i seen a mistake where it says somthing with a letter missed out (im not sure if its ion this game or i thinkign of diffrent game lol)

::Giggle:: This is awesome. I got my BA in English Lit and made the Dean's List four semesters in a row. Seeing the mistake in-game was mkanig me isnane!

(yes, that was deliberate)

I'm not really sure. I know its an American term. According to Wikipedia its a term used to refer to a catagory of students with the highest grades.

Isn't school supposed to teach you to use good grammar?
That bugged me so much, too. I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and my mom always taught me to use good grammar. Every time I saw that I wanted to pull my hair out! Thank you so much for making this, I will dowload it right now
