Hi everyone! I hope you've missed me ... haha just kidding. Real life has bogged me down, but this morning I got some free time (ooo is that a sim pun?) and decided to build a house. The fruits of my labor so to speak is The Harvard.

The Harvard is a great playable house with tons of space, yet all packed on a relatively small sim lot - just 2x4. The house is three levels. The bottom level is the walk out basement with office, exercise and game area. There's also a bath down here, so the basement could be used as a bedroom. The main level has the gourmet kitchen, dining room, master suite with attached bath, living room and powder room tucked under the stairs. Enter The Harvard to find yourself in a light and airy two story entry. The entry leads past a powder room and butler's pantry to the kitchen. The kitchen has great architectural details with columns that lead to the dining room. From the dining room is the living room with great french doors leading out to the big back porch. From the porch is the wonderful backyard.

The backyard has a sparkling pool complete with slide and diving board. Relax on the hammock and listen to the tranquil sounds of the fountain near by. There's also a small pool house - perfect for those sim parties where everyone claimers for the bathroom!

The top level consists of the rest of the bedrooms - 4 in total. They are all good sized and if one chooses they could easily turn one into a master suite and turn the downstairs master into an office or guest room.

This house has it all. Lots of space, NO CC or HACKS and a wonderful playable layout. Hope you enjoy it & please have a peek at my other houses when you get a chance. :-)

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

This is great! I need large homes for my multi-family families (if that makes sense?) and don't want alot of extra cc that slows down my game. This one is perfect, thanks!

Hmm, my only suggestion is to download the house again ... sorry I can't be more help. But the EP's listed are the only ep's I used to create the house. I hope the second time around the house will install for you
