Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This is the fifth, last and most expensive hotel in my Star Collection. See the parts I to IV in my downloads!

UPDATED: The file I attached in this thread was not a hotel. I changed and updated it now. If you have installed the old version please redownload it now.
It is also possible to change the wrong version into a hotel: Load the lot and open the chaet window (Ctrl Shift C) and type changelotzoning hotel.

The Rodesky-Lavinia is a luxurious urban Grand Hotel for sims who expect even more than just the usual standards.

The hotel is situated in an impressive building with stucco facade and nice copper roofs. It has a beautiful garden with palms, a lagoon styled pool, a pool bar with snacks and comforting chairs. The suites have separate bedrooms and and toilets and noble furniture with flatscreen TVs. The hotel also features a cinema, a spa center, a comfortable restaurant and a lot more. The perfect place for a holiday that fulfills every sims' wishes!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thank you again! :D
paddolf: You can build a working hotel just by building the botel on a normal aor community lot. You have to include all necessary hotel features, e.g. a reception desk. When your hotel is finished open the cheat window and type "changelotzoning hotel" (without " !).

If you downloaded it today or in the last 3 months everything should be okay and you don't have to do anything more then installing the Sims2Pack file by double clicking.
I didn't really understand what issue you have. Can't you install it or does it not work properly?
