Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
American Beach™ is my series of houses for sims who like to live at the beach or lake. Build in typical american style. Or call it in a short way: 4-season-vacation-houses.
This house facts:
This three-level beach house offers spectacular views all around. With three deck levels accesible from all living areas, the outside sea air will surround you. The first level enjoys a living room, three bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry area. The second level expands to a family area, a dining room, and a kitchen with place for an island snack bar and nearby half-bath. The master suite enjoys a walk-through closet and an amenity-filled bath with place for dual vanities and a seperate tub and shower. The third level is a private haven - perfect for another bedroom - complete with a bath, walk-in closet, and sitting area.
"Design by your own"-empty house (some outdoor plants included) - Why unfurnished? Reason is written in my profile! - But you can see in the original blueprints how the rooms can be use!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Hi! Thanks for the upload, it looks great. But I have a big problem placing the house on the beach (connected to ocean) in Desiderata Valley. I only seem to be able to place empty lots on the beach, and then build houses from scratch.
How to place finished houses on the beach? Am I stupid here? My simmie needs a home

Hi, there might be known problems with the beach lots. I built this one in the Bluewater neighborhood, so try if you can place it there. Maybe this tutorial can help you too.

Note: Beach lots require certain tricks to fit in, I usually place an empty lot of the same size of the downloaded one before attempting to put it in place, it helps to "smooth" the hood terrain. Doesn't work everytime though, because sometimes the angle of inclination between the default lot and the custom lot may be not the same, due to variations on neighborhood base terrain, but works most of the time for me. 
Following the tutorial Larsson provided is a good thing, mainly for creators. But being hosted at TSR
- where I avoid to log in for personal reasons - is a drawback.
Maybe some of the nice people here at MTS2 could provide us one...

!!
I love Beach houses! They are so fresh and inviting!
I stoped to play cause my pc was very slow and used to crash when my sims were inside a house...but now with my new motherboard,it got fast again 
!

U2 is my favourite band in the whole wild world! And this song...I just love it !!
It remainds me of days in my farm,not so long ago,when I used to have all my horses and dogs with me...I was soooo happy that everyday was a wonderful day !!!

Yes, I know the proplem! Loco's wonderful site isn't longer avaible
But I think Loco's stuff can be found at Sims Cave! The windows can be find there, where pirates are...
