Little Downtown Starter

This little starter house will do for about 2 sims, or more if you feel like expanding it into the garden. It features two bathrooms, one bedroom and an open kitchen/living area. It also has an enclosed garden and is slightly landscaped. The mailbox has been moved next to the home, and the trash can has been moved into the garden because they look too random and lonely where Maxis placed them.

I'm not entirely sure what EPs are required for this, but just incase, I have all EPs except from Pets & Free Time and have no Stuff Packs.

Please don't upload this house anywhere else, and I hope your Sims enjoy this house as much as mine do!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Love it!

An Epic Victorian Saga unlike any ever made for the Sims 2. Jane Toland, an idealist woman struggles in the pious society that disdains her.

Sooo cute! Hmm... and speaking of cute... that's the tiniest bathroom (downstairs) I've ever seen! (well, at least in game) .
The houses you make are different than most other starters, and its a bit refreshing I guess you could say (haha).
Anyway, nice job, keep building more.

I regularly use bathrooms that small or smaller in my game...

I don't get why so many Simmers hate Marsha Bruenig. She actually grows up to be quite pretty if you allow her to.
