Look for the sister lot, Lord Duncans Victorian

The Legend - This house was once owned by the Macler family. The first owner, and builder, Grahm Macler, was a tax collector, making his family hated by almost all of the town. His first born, Alexander, took over the castle when his father vanished, to this day no one knows what happened to him. But some say he was brutally murdered and seeks revenge on all who live in his house. But why is it called Lady Maclers Victorian, you may ask? Well, after 12 generations, the first girl of the family was born. Hilde Macler. Following the family curse, her father died soon after she was born. It was a freak accident really, who knew flies were that viscous! Without the ability to carry on her family name, the rest of her family shuned her. Not even the scullery maid would give her a second look. By the age of 22, she had gone insane. She went on a rampage and killed of her remaining family members, mother grandmother and sister, before she jumped from the top tower, committing suicide.

Some say that all who enter the house get cursed. Now that can't be true...I mean it was just restored to top condition for your sims to live in! That sort of stuff doesn't even exist. Well, Alan Ditwell did fall off of the scaffolding while working on the masonry of the tower...and Meghan Curiak did have an allergic reaction to being stung by a swarm of bees...come to think of it, Barry Fallo mysteriously suffocated himself on a doughnut...

Hehe, well, it was just a coincidence, right? I mean because I was the only other one in the building and I haven't died yet. Yeah, just a coincidence. Shall I tell you about all of the new furnishings?

The original house only had 3 members at any given time at most. No one is sure why there are so many rooms in this house...But i see you have a large family, so this is a plus!

8 bedrooms (counting master)
7 bathrooms (counting master)
Dining Room
Living Room 1
Living Room 2
Wrap around porch
Grand Staircase
Fenced in Yard
Room to expand (like you need it)

wh-what was that? I know you heard those foot steps. I am not wearing high heels, how could it be me! Ok, I think it is best I get out of this pla...AHHHH!

Be sure to look at the pictures, they are detailed :D

Happy Halloween.

Notice - Not actually haunted, used purely for fun, feel free to make it haunted though :D

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I didn`t come back to check that.

I came back because I monitor New Posts, and there was a new post in this thread. While I was here for that, I noticed the correction, and commented on that. You are welcome! I`m just glad that you took it well instead of poorly. Thank you for that. [I was kinda nervous about posting the orignal comment, too. Again, thank you for taking it so well!]

It's wonderful, thank you!!

I've played it for a few (sim) days now, and I did remove a few trees, since it would take my poor sim HOURS to rake and compost. Also, the shower in the lower bathroom is unusable, since the sink is in the way.

But this is an awesome house, thank you!

This lot is absolutely beautiful. You can just see the effort you put into it in every little thing, even the landscaping, with the contrasting terrain paints. I think this should be picked. Great job!
