Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This is a collection of 6 starter lots made using the sunnyside residental 1x1 lot by Aelflaed. Each starter was created to reflect a different style of larger lot present in my neighbourhood, from beachy to urban and even a log cabin. The lots comes fully furnished with the basic necessities, and are all priced under $20 000. I have included both a combined collection .rar file with all 6 lots, or if you prefer you can pick-and-choose your favourites by downloading them individually. Some of the lots included are:

The Seabreeze

The Dream

The Woodchop

The Edge

The other two lots (The Dune and The Gossip) are pictured below, as well as labelled floorplans of each included lot.
Due to image number limits, the floorplans for the woodchop can be viewed here and here.

Prices for each lot are as follows:
The Seabreeze - $19007
The Woodchop - $19788
The Dune - $19733
The Edge - $18665
The Gossip - $19131
The Dream - $18393

I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed making them!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

These are amazing little lots. They are perfect for townies and spare sims, and the best part is that they are very cute too! Thanks a lot!

These are great. Perfect for my legacy spares, who will be confined to one child and minimal funds! Thankyou.

These are great! I snagged them so that I have no excuse for not restarting the Darcy legacy. I now have houses for all 4 generation 2 spares!
