As I was in London last month I took a photograph of a little house in Green Park and I thought this would be challenging to create for the Sims2.

What came out is a medium sized family home with space for up to six people.

It features downstairs:
1 Kitchen
1 Bathroom
1 Bedroom
1 Dining Room
1 Living Room
1 Recreation Room

2 Bathrooms
1 Master Bedroom
1 Nursery
1 Room with two single beds

As I don't like too big houses I think it's just a reasonable size, but it's bigger than my usual houses.

Hope you like it!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

That house looks incredibly familiar; is it in Hyde Park or is my memory playing tricks?

Hi - you all, thanks verenaheu and DD again for your nice comments! It means much to me.
Yes good memory! - it was in Hyde Park and the house should be Buckhill Lodge. But I only copied the design of the building. For the exterior I decided to make it different.

I agree, very nice house. I love that it doesn't look too cramped or too spaced out, which i sometimes see now a days.

Very nice house, thank you for sharing :D
