Temple Beneath the Sands

This a hillside temple, constructed within the ground. The interior floor plan is completely playable in all respects – sim interactions, object functionality, build features, lighting, etc.

Notes:
- No hacks/mods required as this lot was constructed with only the cfe cheat.
- Because the edges are level, there is no graphical distortion/tearing in the Neighborhood view.
- The lot comes partially furnished with a few decorative items and lighting and bathroom fixtures.

Tips:
- The default camera will not zoom into the structure. This is because the terrain has been raised above the building and the camera’s nature is to advance, respective to ground level. So, for optimal viewing while playing, click on the icon that’ll partially lower the walls.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I look like a giddy school girl right now. I love you! Honestly, builders haven't had that much new ways to build so this is greatly appreciated.

I...am speechless. Oh my god, I didn't even know something like this was even possible -- you're incredible! It's absolutely breathtaking. The only thing I would have done differently would be to hide the community phone (I wonder, is there an invisible recolor?), but that's mainly just me being picky. Beautiful job! <33

V1ND1CARE, this is beautiful! I gasped out loud when I saw it. It reminds me of H.P. Lovecraft's short story "The Temple" about the underwater city with the huge stone temple. Thank you so much for sharing this--you're awesome!

Thank you for all of the comments/feedback I sincerely appreciate each one.

ClicknPsycho – the cfe cheat is short for “boolprop constrainfloorelevation.” It’s the cheat that allows one to bend the rules of building, so to say. A wonderful tool

Thank you, I know the tool well, I just couldn't place the 'cfe' with it.
Once again, You always make the most surprising things.
P.S. I changed my mind and downloaded it anyway.
