About this lot:

This lot was built as part of a #create channel challenge - build a lot on a particular foundation, without making any changes to the foundation.

This lot was Deluxe Designs's foundation, and turned out my favourite of all of the lots I built for this challenge.

I don't know what I was going for originally, but once I found the M&G coloured brick and started blocking out colours on the outside, I knew I had my lot. Eclectic doesn't even begin to cover it - with a dark fuchsia, bright yellow, and mellow cyan exterior, and every colour of the rainbow coloured inside, this lot is definitely not for everyone's taste!

I've decorated it with a family of artists in mind - people who enjoy funky, mismatched, weird stuff in bright colours and a myriad of designs. There's paint splatters here and there, and tons of activities for creatively-minded sims to be found on every floor.

5 bedrooms (with room for 7 sims), 6 bathrooms, plus 1 communal washroom, and balconies galore.

Thanks to:

Deluxe Designs, for a really enjoyable foundation.
Phae, for the foundation challenge.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

My favorite out of all of yours, i don't know if that is because of my screwed up taste in color choice or the fact that this is f****** EPIC! I LOVE it!

This is f*ing brilliant! I love it! I usually can't stand mismatched furnishings and random colors, but the way you put them together in this lot is amazing!

Of course, now I feel inspired to try making something like this, which I know will turn out looking like...well, Phaenoh said it best, smurf puke! Maybe I'll just stick to playing your lot instead! Haha. Thanks!

Dwah. It's gorgeous. My sims are in love with you, seriously. It's eerily like half my lots, but it doesn't look like a hippie commune! Or, at the very least, it looks like a different style of hippie commune. Lovely variation. We than you muchly.

I want it, this is just fantastic! But now I remember why I dodn't dl it before... I don't have enough SPs. If I get them, this will be the first thing to go into my dl folder after they're installed. I sooooo want this. You are an amazing modder, HP, you truly are, and this is just... I love it. I might make the chairs match and remove the paint splatters... or at least a different floor and that bohemian paint-rug thing... But other than that... THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!!! thank you, HP!
Llama for you! or would you rather have cookies?
