This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

4/21/09 FIXED-sopye reported a jump bug - I have fixed this problem. Pets will not interact with these windows. Thanks sopye. Redownload the windows and place them in the same directory as the old ones and they will overwrite them.

The La Fenêtre Bay Window was made to match the Maxis La Fenêtre window and particularly the expansion set I made HERE .

You will need Open For Business for the window's to show in your game, as I used the Looky-Nook window as the base.

The windows are extendable from 2 tiles to whatever
Each window has an(1) endtable slot. Remember, like any Baywindow, to access placed objects you have to lower the walls.

The frame will use any recolor of the Maxis "Midnight Ride" / Colonial window. There are 9 metal recolor's of the base included. Windows have diagonals and unique GUID's.

If you like my creation or effort, please hit the THANKS button. It only takes a few seconds

Wow, this is lovely! Has a very modern feel, yet I think it'd go well with the more old world homes I tend to build. Brilliant! Cheers for this!

Wow, once again, you've outdone yourself. All my Sims have your windows in their houses. I wish the Maxis windows were as well made and looked as good as yours do
