Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Very, verrrrry, lovely and gorgeous. This speaks warmth and comfort. The floral of the outside, architecture of the core, and furnishings of the inside is just brilliantly pleasing to the eye. I like and you get +1Thanks! Your Star and Cup awaits.

This house is awesome, it's really beautiful and realistic. I'm getting pretty f*ckin bored of house uploads (too many people doing houses ugh), but this one is perfect for my Mikey sim to live in.

Hello

The exterior looks quite appealing with that nice corner loggia, and the landscaping. There are a few things, though, that are troubling me. First off, if I were to buy this house, I would want a bigger garage... maybe at least a two-car garage. Secondly, the upper floor scares me... Theres not a door to the bedroom, and I feel as if you kinda felt odd about how to make may rooms up there.... Thats all a bit awkward.

Other then those few points, it still is a nice house!

3.5/5

Currently not able to take requests at this time... sorry!

This house is STUNNNING! It should be featured! Thankyou SO much! Even though I have all the EPs and SPs needed it would probably crash my game [from being too detailed and amazing!], but I will sit here and stare ;D

Although I can tell that you worked really hard on this and I do love it, I was wondering why it lags SO much? I have all the SPs and EPs (save Fam Fun + Teen Stuff) on a Windows Vista, armed with a top NVIDIA graphics card and 3GB of ram, but it still LAGS... even though I'm just in Build Mode. Help?!
