A whole days worth of work has finally come to the point
where it is paid off. Last night I was talking to an awesome
buddy of mine, Deluxe Designs, and he suggested that
I make a bigger upload and well...I did. I came up with
five different starter homes that are furnished, something
which many eye pleasing starters lack, and tried to take
them to the next level. I would like to tell you before we
begin to look at the pictures. The detain put into some
of these lots might actually surprise you, especially the
factory. Now that you have to main idea, lets move onto
the lots themselves.

The lots:

1 - Deluxe Designs Dream Destination - $19, 989

2 Bedrooms (1 furnished)
2 bathrooms (1 furnished)
Kitchen
Dining
Living Room
Front and Back Porch
Fenced in Yard

2 - "The Fish Lord" Converted Factory - $18, 908

1 bedroom
1 Bathroom
Kitchen
Pond
Distressed look
*Tv, couch, bookshelf, etc. Just no living room

3 - MegaSelphs Mis-Matched Mini Manor - $19, 769

2 bedrooms (1 furnished)
1 bathroom
Kitchen
Dining
Living Room
Wrap Around Porch
Fenced in Yard

4 - Ceyllynn's Country Carriage Cottage - $19, 731

3 Bedrooms (2 furnished)
1 bathroom
Kitchen
Outdoor Dining
Living Room
Fenced in Yard
Driveway
Front and Back Porches

5 - GoldenSimmer's Semi Second Empire - $19, 970

1 Bedroom
1 Bathroom
Kitchen
Dining
Living Room
Pond

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

WOW! that looks like a ton of good work.. like them all, but my favorite is the Ceyllynn's Country Carriage Cottage, as its all on one floor and easier to keep track of everyone. Love your work as always, you are one of my favorite house makers.. Great job! Two Thumbs up!

Aren't these gorgeous? Great work, Q!

This allows me to see into the minds of people! That's right, I can actually see what they're thinking!
So long as what they're thinking is exactly what I think they're thinking.

I would've never guessed those were starters if you hadn't put that title on. I'd download them all, but I don't have M&G -_-. Oh well, great work anyways!

Amazing! And you're right! I went on to #create for a few minutes yesterday and saw a pic of one of these houses on there. I had no clue it was a starter!

Fantastic work Q! All of the homes looks so great, it's still hard to believe they're all starters! Thank you! :D

The country cottage is my favorite because it reminds me of the old pics of 50's suburbia houses. I love them all though. Good job!
