Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I love the majority of the America tours but there is one part that seem to be ache my brain and that is the garage man. Everything else is awesome but a home with no garage just doesn't feel right.......

I love your houses, they're taking up my entire neighborhood! But I do agree with Sagiluv1, it could use a garage.

I was searching for a UD football jersey and typed in Delaware. I was stunned that something actually came up! Finally, a little love for the first state! This is going right into my game!

It's pretty much exactly what you see in Dover, although the windows might be a bit too modern depending on where in Dover you are. It looks a bit like my Grandma and Grandpa's house in Dover.

Too bad you are shown as not having been here for a long time. Even after all these years, I find your houses useful and very attractive. They are great re routing issues, the ones I have can be easily adapted for open-concept plans and expansions without messing up the charm of the house (and I would guess that most, if not all, of this series is the same way), you don't rely on loads of CC (I stay away from houses with long lists of CC ... I don't like overloading my DL folder for one house), and the house does capture the charm of the houses in the state it represents. Wherever you are, thank you for these fine houses!

I was born and raised in Delaware, and when I went away to college and people asked where I was from, their reply to "Delaware" was usually, "What state is that in?" So thanks for giving Delaware a little love with this pretty house!
