I really like the wood floors that came with Apartment Life - but I hated those little screws/nails/whatever they are. So I decided to fix them and I have to say I'm very happy with the result. While I was at it I also made 3 more colours.

I also made a couple of colours for another AL floor, maybe not that much different to the original, but I wanted something a little bit lighter.

They are all labeled in the picture so you can pick & choose if you want. For lack of a better description I used "rosewood" for that funny coloured wood floor. :P

Hope you enjoy them!

I have vision problems (at the moment I can hardly see my own typing) so I didn't notice the nails. But I certainly appreciate the additional colors you made! Thanks!

While ive never heard of default replacement floor, i gotta ask, these don´t overwrite the originals do they? It was the whole "Fix" that threw me off.

No, they don't replace the originals, they are completely separate. Should probably have mentioned that in the description, sorry.

Thank you so much for making these, because those nails were really bothering me, and preventing me from ever using those floors. Now, I can!!

Ah, thanks. Don't have apartmentlife yet (if I'll buy it at all) so these will make a wonderful addition. Thanks! :-)

I'm really greatful for this. Maxis has a tendency to ruin beautiful stuff via the gaudy details that they insert everywhere. Thank you.
