Greetings everyone!

This is my first upload and it's a recreation of 170 Main Street from TS2.

The house is an exact replicate of it's TS2 version.

I recreated the lot all over again in a smaller place and made some corrections

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

LOL wow, trip down memory lane

I gotta say I hated their taste in decor and always gutted it and rebuilt in the Sims 2, but this is sure reminiscent! I see you couldn't resist giving em slightly improved landscaping though :D

It looks pretty close to the house on Sims 2, bot you don't have the bathroom exactly right. The top floor is almost parallel, except for the fact that there is the deck on one side, making that room smaller. Good job though, it looks like everything else looks pretty good.

Although as Puzzled said the bathroom is not exactly the same!I tried but i had no pics and i done it as i could remember!
I tried to improve the landscape because it was too empty...
Anyway if you have any questions or ideas to make it better tell me!
Also i take requests for recreating houses from the sims 2
ps:Im planning to recreate all the houses from the sims 2 but right now im in the middle of my school exams...

Great job!!:-) I think that the house is the exact mirror image from The Sims 2. I have a request, the house on Wright street(that came with the Sims 2)...I don't remember the # on the house, through.

Your welcome!!! It's 210 Wright Way. When my Sims moved into the house...they fall in love with it(and so did I) Is that the information you wanted?

Ahh it's awesome, cheers! I like that you have done the sims as well, good idea! I'd love to see some more TS2 remakes, especially Don's house; his house in Riverview is rubbish!

Only problem I see with it though, is that the sisters faces are a bit too 'round' - maybe make them more angular (Face-wise) so that they seem more like the picture you posted (they both have very slim cheeks - especially the red-head)

Yes thats a big problem with Sims 3....
All sims have these round stupid cheeks...
Im going to remake them better...
