We can never have enough well-designed starters. Huge "edifice complexes" are fine, but really good starters are really needed.

There's one basic mistake you made: the TV should have been somewhere nearest the wall. Why would someone put the TV in the middle of the room? To trip on the cables, perhaps...

Since the beginning of sims, appliances have never needed any connections. It's one of the conveniences of the sims world. (Actually, the signals are transmitted over short distances by "greentooth" technology. What did you think that all of those green plumbbobs are for? As for the power, never underestimate the ability of the mad scientist sims! I hope to see more of your starters.

BTW, I often put the tellys in the middle of a room.

this is by far the best explanation i have ever heard for why there are no cables in the sims world! LOL

this is a wonderful home and the color theme is great
