Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
My Sims loves this park, since I built it they always go there.
Here they can fish, have fun in the pool, do picnic and make many friends.
It also has a tree house as a bathroom complete with everything they need.
I hope you enjoy.

I want to thank, RiBlan, TomBoy00 and whitewaterwood for the help in 'Creator Feedback Forum'.

Please let me know what you think of it in comments.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Awesome! Now I am really thinking about buying this game! Do you like it because I was wondering if it ran god and how gameplay is because if its no different than sims 2 I'm not gonna get it.

For me the game Sims3 has much potential, but needs some improvements.
But for those who like to build lots this game is more easy, and managed to build much faster.
But still love the Sims2.

Thanks for this lot looks awesome. One question, how in the world did you get the restrooms in the tree and the pool to raise.

To raise the pool used the cheat "constrainFloorElevation".
For the bathroom in the tree is very easy, just build 3 floors then delete the two below and put under the tree.

The sims can't go down the pool, like a slide can they? That's kind of sad. It's still pretty tho and I love it. I can't wait until my game comes in the mail!

Thank you for the uploads. Very nice.

They can only enter the pool at the top and swim to the bottom.
