Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is sooooo gorgeous. I get SO sick & tired of all of the HUGE mansions that are floating around every day. They are hard to keep up when you work on a daily basis. lol

Thank you for thinking about single family homes. (Love Birds too) I think this creation is very unique, modern, and creative. I look forward to more of your work.

Keep up the fantastic job.

I come from a Kingdom far, far, away...

This is absolutely adorable
I agree with Ajoya, there's too many large houses and mansions about and not enough quirky small lots!

This is straight into my favourites.
I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work! You have some real talent :D

Thank you sweeties. *hugs*
I will try soon to create some more small lots.
to be honest i prefer playing small lots myself. I always lose my Simmies on big lots >o<;
It's annoying after some time, hehe ^^;

Awesome. I especially love the entry-way; it's like a split-level with no downstairs. Really reminds me of a cute beach house.

I'm blown away by how simple yet complex this is. So gorgeous! If I didn't know better, I'd think those were photos of an actual house!
