Put the file in your downloads folder, then install it with the launcher, in the downloads section.

Seriously though... This lot is amazing, and a perfect dumping ground for all those game generated Sim families that keep moving in and cluttering up my town. An absolutely stunning solution to a small annoyance. Beautiful and brilliant.
