This house was built after the Filoli Estate , which is located near San Francisco.

It has been used for movies and TV shows many times, including the 80’s soap opera Dynasty

So now it has finally come to Sim life!

Located on a 6x6 lot this estate offers following:

Ground floor – Main house:
Entrance Foyer with marble hallways
The red salon for having cocktails and entertaining guests
The blue TV room for the family to relax
The orange office/library
The yellow dining room with a table for 14 Sims
The kitchen with breakfast area
The Atelier for your artistic Sims
The gym and game room with adjoining shower room
2 powder rooms

Ground floor – West-wing:
3 car garage
First floor – West-wing:
Staff quarters (2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchenette)

Groundfloor – East-wing:
2 story high golden Ballroom

First floor – Main house:
6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms en suite
One bedroom is furnished as a nursery
Each bedroom has a main color with the matching bathroom. The colors are: yellow, green, blue, pink, violet and red.
The house has 7 fireplaces and in the landscaped garden you will find a pool and pond, as well as a big courtyard at the front of the house with a fountain.
It is completely furnished with only the best of the best, antique furniture and rich decors, lots of marble, gold, stone and colors.

If you have a Sim that can afford the insane price tag of 960,358 place this house up on 15 Summer Hill Court and The Landgraabs and Altos will get green with envy!

I was very limited with items to furnish all these rooms, but I am sure once a few expansion packs are coming out, you can make more use of the rooms downstairs!

The lot contains a few items of the Storybook-line found in the store on the Sims3 Homepage.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Very nice house! I love the layout (however, the furniture doesn't quite tickle my fancy, but I can deal with that). Thanks for the upload!

beautifully decorated! thanks as always!

edit: i was wondering, what are some of the store-purchased items that you've used? i haven't purchased any store items, but the game doesn't inform me in any sort that i am missing an item or set or whatever. (it loads fine) If i am lacking the said items, are they replaced with default ones? or will they not show up at all??

Default Sims 3 - store items
what i heard, only the ID is included in the download, and if you have the item it will show up, if not they will be replaced by default items.

What i used in this lot is some items of the Storybook line:
The statue, the two sizes of curtains, the bed, the palm in vase and the armchair
I also used the Bayside fridge in the staff kitchen

Its all less than 1000 points, so you could download it with your free points!

I love this!! It looks great. Any chance you could make one of Southfork Ranch from Dallas. Falcon Crest and Melrose Place would be awesome also...
