Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This lot has 3 completely decorated and furnished "apartment" units...( dont ask how long THAT took!) One 1 bedroom unit, one 2 bedroom unit, and one deluxe 3 bedroom unit. Two of the units have access to the roof top garden and there is also a community park at ground level with a chess set, flower garden, fishing pond and room for gardening or playground. I was thinking this would be a great lot for a multigenerational family or perhaps to move in a bunch of singles and see who pairs up. I did a version of this for Sims2 and I really wanted to have something like it in my city for Sims3, so I hope you enjoy it. $210 furnished/$121k unfurnished.

Lot Size: 3x2
Lot Price: $210k

Number of bedrooms: 5 or more
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fully Furnished
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Very nice! I love it. Time well spent on this. Question: Is this lot set up to be a community lot or residence lot? Thanks so much

It is set up as a residence. Since we dont have "apartment functions" as in the sims2 AL ep, it is just essentially one big household split into three sections.

Really cool look to it that isn't too "neat" like a lot of other houses here. Love it!

Regarding the question about the front door...the one considered the actual front door is the one closest to the mail box....but they can use any of them.
