This is my first upload guys & gals so please go easy on me :P

This home was inspired by the works of fling-89, valennealy & voicehear which i totally love there homes.

this home exterior is done in a mocha with black metal accents. I kept the color neutral so it goes with everything ha..

features include indoor swimming pool, fitness center, top of the line appliances, beautiful landscape, carport with lighting for 2 cars, beautifully decorated, fireplace, 3 br, outside bbq area for entertaining ...

Any opinions on better building or what i missed please let me know this is my first house in TS3. the screens could be better working on that so easy on me :P
There is no CC in this home or Reward items so everyone can enjoy! take care guys i'm sure ill create more if this goes well LOL

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Wow, this house looks AMAZING!!! I was googling my name from MTS (trying to see if my stuff could be found via google images) when I saw this and thought "hmmm...that house looks familiar, but I know it's not mine..." It looked so similar to my own design tastes that I thought that someone had downloaded one of my houses, modified it and then re-uploaded it. But when I looked at it, I realized that it was completely different to any of my designs. (It probably only looked so similar because of the nuetral colors you used, I myself only use nuetral colors in houses - I watch way too much of the TLC channel ) I am flattered that I have inspired you, and I must say great job
