The Skinny Brow: daluved1 Style

This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
When it comes to eyebrows, EA really screwed us over! I personally like teeny tiny tweezed eyebrows. But EA's version of skinny eyebrows looks like my simmie shaved off all her eyebrows, then took a sharpie and drew them back on.

To remedy this, I made my own. My eyebrows start thicker at the corners then taper in, instead of looking like one solid streak.

I hand drew these to match my own real-life eyebrows :D.

These are non-default replacement. And they're available for females, teen and older.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Nice brows, daluved1. I will definitely be using these ones. Those EA ones really are too shapeless.

These one's are usable, unlike the original in game version.

Very nicely done, enough shape to note that you know how to use tweezers but not that you got attacked at a frat party. :p

Thanks!

I wouldn't mind these as a default. Absolutely a big improvement.

Tbh, I'd prefer these as a default replacement. xD I'm not much of one for tweezed brows, but one or two of my Sims occasionally are, and any of the smaller eyebrows are... disturbing, to say the least.

this is amazing thank you! now if only someone could fix the toddlers eyebrows, well half eyebrows, they look like a bunch of starfires from teen titans running around!

Much appreciated. The brows in the game should be replaced totally, but at least I can have the option to have a sim look like they have "sharpie drawn brows". LOL! Thanks so much for sharing.

Yay!! Now you've really made a great item!! The brows in game are so sucky and they can't be changed. These add some realism and variety! Please feel free to continue on this wonderful project!!! :b Thanks!!

MUCH better than the thin brows included in the game. I'm sure I'll end up using these a lot.

I hated the default ones, and these are much better. Would you look into making these default replacements? If ever there was a need, those thin eyebrows is it...

Thanks a bundle!
Those thin drawn on line eyebrows were disturbing >.<
I needed something thin for my Zombie/Goth but I couldn't bring myself to use the EA ones... they just looked weird o.O
These will work much better ^^

I hate, hate, hate EA's eyebrows!!!!! They make me crazy... big thick ugly misshaped eyebrows on toddlers, kids and women.... we need some nice, dainty eyebrows like yours!!! THANK YOU!!!! I'd love these as defaults for all female sims, including babies! :D

Good eye for brow shape, thanks! These are really much better than the originals, I'll probably over-use these on all of my females until better ones come out xD

You and I think alike. EA's brows are so yesterday. This must have taken a lot of tweaking because even in CAS you can't get them thin enough to look decent. Thank you for this and sharing. I wouldn't mind if these replaced the originals also. Wink, wink.....

daluved1 thank you so much for these! EA's did totally stink. I wanted to have the option for no eyebrows, and that wasn't even an option. It would be so awesome if someone made a download for no eyebrows cuz I need that for a movie im making.

Thanks! These are fabulous! I totally agree that EA's eyebrows suck! I'm extremely disappointing that we can't change the thickness!

Hopefully we'll be seeing some more thinned out or shapely eyebrows from you? Especially for the ladies? :P
