This small farm house can be afforded by every Sim. The cottage itself is really tiny and suitable for one Sim only. You might prefer a garden to luxury because this house has only space for the very basic things. As you can see in the floor plan, it is in fact a studio with a kitchen, one bathroom and one bed:

The true highlight of this house is the garden. It is mostly harvestable and has some special plants as well as basic vegetables which are listed below.

The lot size is 30x20 and the house is a real starter house, it costs only 15033 / 11559 $. I really hope you enjoy it.

Harvestable Vegetables with a very good or higher quality:
- ca 10 apple trees
- ca 10 lime trees
- 5 tomato bushes
- 6 potato bushes
- 10 lettuce plants
- 1 onion plant
- 2 bell pepper plants
- 5 vine grapes
- 6 water mellons
- 1 money tree
- 3 deathflower
- 1 life plant

Lot Size: 2x3
Lot Price: 15033 / 11559

Number of bedrooms: Studio
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fixtures Only Starter Furnishings Fully Furnished
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

paprica plants? or bell pepper? or are they the same thing :L nice job

It's hard to be yourself in a society that relies on clothes, hairstyles and looks to fit in.

Veryy nice!
I would get it, however my family has too many people for the small house.
Like the garden, nice effort!

Wow! Thanks for the great garden, and I love the little house. My sim is going to have to work on his plumbing skill too, so he can keep the shower in repair - it's going to get a lot of work with all the gardening he'll be doing! ^^ Thanks again!

I was wondering the same thing about the paprika plant. I have not heard of any such plant in game.

I like this farm house, it's perfect for my gardener sim. However, when I placed it on an empty lot in Riverview the cost to purchase it furnished came to 104,000! I tried to purchase it unfurnished as it's only 12,000 but the plants and trees were not included. Don't know what I did wrong.

I'm sorry, I placed a copy to look if this happens in my game, too, but it was still at 14000§ or something. :/ I play in Riverview, too.

If you have the "buyable Money tree seed" mod the price of this farm soars to 104,000! each the death flower plants raises the price by like $25,000 and the money tree adds $10,000. D'oh! I took out the mod and it's 14k again...
