Hi everyone!

If Your Sim is looking for a peaceful life at really big and well decorated lot here is a Red Rose Castle -big castle with many rooms, fully furnished and well decorated surrounded with a big garden with a little pond and many benches, full of flowers, mostly roses and trees.
The Red Rose Castle consists of a five main floors.
There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms - all decorated and furnished!
A big living room, a room for fun or reading and mysterious towers that are decorating the castle! Inside the castle Your Sim can find many stuffs to improve his/her skills or enjoy living life!
A price of the castle is §627,621 - with alarms and a phone included.
Maybe it is a high price but all areas of the castle are well decorated!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I tend not to bring another buildings since there are plenty of them in my neighborhood, but I just can't pass through this stuff. What else I can say? Bravo!

Thanks! My OFB owner is up to 800k and i have nothing to spend it on.. was tempted to make a million dollar mansion when she got there, but i might just try this instead :D

Hey, um, I'm not sure if my computer's just not wanting to work right now, but everytime I try to download and install an error message telling me I don't have the needed expansion pack, which I do. And there's no custom contant either, so I do see what the problem is.
Then again, I've also had to go back on several occasions to re-download things because my computer doesn't read files the first time around. I'll try again tomorrow morning, but in case there's something else wrong, can someone possibly point it out to me? Thanks! By the way, the castle looks amazing, which is why it bothers me that I can't play in it!

All I could say when I first saw it was "Wow."
This had me grimacing and my hands aching. How on Earth did you muscle through and finish this beauty? The Red Rose Castle truly is amazing and I'd download this for looks and bragging rights alone!

If you take out all the stuff that makes it require mansion and garden stuff, I'd love to have it, But since i don't have it, I CAN'T FREAKING DOWNLOAD IT!
