Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Absolutely lovely and perfect for the lot. It's my favorite of the homes you've built so far.

Thanks for sharing it.

just after looking at the pictures posted of this beautiful house, I felt this nostalgic feeling come over me, reminding me of this hand built doll house my gramma owned till she passed away and it was passed down to my cousin.. this house that you've designed is VERY beautiful!! Great Work!

Great job! I don't expect any more from you. But could you pretty please copy that neighborhood? It looks very beautiful and I want to include it for my rich simmies :D. Thanks so much if you can.

Zaxc75 - It is the 3 lots up on the cliff in Sunset Valley on Redwood Parkway. If you are wanting the other houses in the picture you can click on the other 2 names of the houses on the overview page to see them.

Thank you so much! The images of each floor shown from a different angle with walls half down showcases many rooms at once. This will hopefully come in use for some of my future uploads. Can't believe I have never thought of it before.

Thanks I used to do that alot because I like to build for playability and wanted to show how well you can see without rotating the camera all the time. Plus it does show more rooms in one pic.
