This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Due to requests of some things to put in your garage, I made this set!

This clutter set includes 9 new meshes, all of which are recolorable besides the bags of mulch.
Here is a list of the objects:
- Paint Can - $5 - Located in Decor/Misc.
- Stackable Box - $1 - Located in Decor/Misc.
- Bag of Mulch - $5 - Located in Decor/Misc.
- Wall Mulch - $5 - Located in Decor/Misc.
- Hammer - $3 - Located in Decor/Plants.
- Sponge - $1 - Located in Decor/Plants.
- Pot - $5 - Located in Decor/Plants.
- Hand Saw - $5 - Located in Decor/Plants.
- Gasoline Can - $5 - Located in Decor/Plants.

Enjoy! I might be making some more stuff like this soon. Have a good one!

Polygon Counts:
- Paint Can - Faces = 180 Vertices = 247
- Stackable Box - Faces = 2 Vertices = 4
- Bag of Mulch - Faces = 120 Vertices = 62
- Wall Mulch - Faces = 120 Vertices = 62
- Hammer - Faces = 166 Vertices = 264
- Sponge - Faces = 52 Vertices = 28
- Pot - Faces = 290 Vertices = 184
- Hand Saw - Faces = 146 Vertices = 76
- Gasoline Can - Faces = 460 Vertices = 325

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

WOW! You are like a mind reader FP! This afternoon, I built a house that had a really big garage. After constructing it, I said to myself...

"Aw, crap! What am I going to decorate it with?"

Then I see this. You are just awesome, man!

Really cool. Maybe you can make a full garden set, there's one at tsr but it's pay!!! (it's really nice too.) And perhaps a lawnmower too and a weedeater haha. That's the kinda stuff I miss from sims2.

Treat all people the exact same way that you yourself deserves to be treated; you're less likely to make enemies that way.

Is it possible in the future to make these animated or do I mean interactive? Um so that sims can pick them and put the places or something like that. Anyway great set and just was hoping there were some talented folk like you working on these. Thank you mucho grande voila!

Wonderful! My garage was so empty before T_T

Now all I need are a tall toolbox, and a pegboard for the wall with random crap on it...

Got this off your site and I love it. Not only useful for garages (my sims never go in them anyway), but I have used them in clutter corners of my basements. The sims get a nice decorated moodlet from it.

Thanks alot for sharing.
