Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

If this doesn't get a "Beautiful Vista" moodlet, there's something seriously wrong with this game. Thanks so much for sharing! =)

As well you should. This is a superb layout, and the only CC you had was a FREE one from EA. I'm definitely getting this lot. Great job!

No custom content... and it looks amazing!!!
It totally deserves a picked rating just for that.
This is the first lot I'm downloading for TS3.
Congratulations on a job well done.

Not buying TS4 until Terrain Sculpting is back and cheatless Split Levels are added!
Here's an idea: Stairs Pitch Slider.

This house is great! I just instaled it into my game and it's beautiful! Thanks

We have barred the gates but cannot hold them for long. The ground shakes, drums... drums in the deep. We cannot get out. A shadow lurks in the dark. We can not get out... they are coming.

I love this house! I'v got to figure out where to put a 3rd bedroom in. Also I'm wondering how you placed those steps w/ a foundation/landing on top of an existing foundation. I can do a landing but only from a ground floor home. Was there a tutorial you used?

How nice! Just gorgeous...thanks.

The prospect of a long day at the beach makes me panic. There is no harder work I can think of than taking myself off to somewhere pleasant, where I am forced to stay for hours and 'have fun'.

Since the day I got Sims3, I was preparing for building a Mediterranean neighborhood from scratch (and I will, as soon as I get the Create-a-World tool). This lot is the first gem to save for my planned new neighborhood. Thank you, it's stunning.

I learned since TS2, however you can refer to the folowing tutorial by putting the foundation in the 8-steps hole first then put the wall on it in step 3:
